In CyberSmart Mark showed us interland and there are 4 Kingdoms. The name's of the kingdoms are Kind Kingdom,Tower of Treasure,Mindful Mountain and lastly Reality River. Reality River is the hardest level and the most easiest level is Kind Kingdom. But the only reason Mark made us go on interland becaus they have good messages :) BYE

God's Creation

We have been learning about God's Creation and that it is holy because God mad it. I can look after God's creation by:

- No more pollution because it hurts the sea animals

- No more cutting trees because its hurts the animals living in the forest 

- Take care of the plants because it gives us oxygen to breath

Today on the 5th of June the year 4's did Cybersmart. We usually do it with mark but 

he wasn't here today so we did it with Miss smith-Palmer and Miss Lover we were.

Learning about private information and not to put on the internet. Also we did a blog hunt on other people's blog's blog's me and my friend found out some of them were tricks. 

Also we had to gather information about our blog's blog. It was really easy because 

there were no tricks at all 

Before we did our cybersmart we did poetry and we had to do a haiku and our topic was winter haiku

persuasive writing

Today I had to learnt how to plan and write a genre of text which was: persuasive writing!

Then I had to use this google slide for a step by step guide on what is persuasive writing that was made by my teachers. Then it tells me what's a persuasive text. For my task I had to choose one of the topics that was on the slide then argue about my opinion. I had to argue on  how dogs are better than cats. I chose it because I want people to know that cat's will most likely to run and hide from intruders or unknown people while dogs will stay and protect their owners no matter what. Most dogs will bark or growl at you to alert you in case of danger.  

authors purposes

Today I had to write about my

authors purposes and I had to focus on persuade. I had to read two of the four linked below

when reading I had to make notes about what the authors is trying us to do and I had to write down 

where in text it tells us the information. When i'm done reading I had to pick one I have read and create  a poster which will show us what the main purposes of the text. In my poster I had to include evidence

Marcus and the wind

Today I wrote about Marcus and the wind it went great. Firstly I had to describe the
settings. Then I had to write everything about my character
and I found out a lot of interesting things about him.
Next I had to make a square. I  had to put the five senses in that square. Then
lastly I had to write about how did this help to bring the story alive and help me
with the meaning of the story.

Milo for mum

Today I made a cup of Milo for my Mum in the kitchen because she was busy taking care of my little brother.

First, I fill the kettle with water and set to boil.
Next, I took my mum's favorite pink large cup and add 3 teaspoons of Milo.
Then, I poured hot water in the cup.
lastly, I mixed it with a spoon and I gave her the cup. 

I felt great doing that and then my said thanks and
she felt great drinking it  

Easter Sunday

I woke up at 9:00. I ate breakfast it was sausage and fried eggs. At 10:00 my family joined the online mass. The priest was talking about how Jesus has risen from the dead, also how he died for our sins. He also talked about the people who unfortunately have Covid-19. After the mass ended I played Pixel gun 3D. Usually my family would have an Easter egg hunt, but since we're quarantined and we can't go outside. My dad baked brownies and they were delicious I almost ate all of them! but my sister ate the last one.

Lock down

The lock down feels great  because I can spend more time with my family especially with my baby brother. I can do helpful things like picking up bits of food on the floor and cleaning the table. I could play Shell shockers on my Chromebook. I can watch my favourite Netflix series which is Brooklyn 99. Then at night I just read my books or play with my little brother. But when I'm not sleepy I just re-watch any movies that I love on Netflix until I go to sleep.
